¿Nocturnes¿ offers stargazing and music on summer nights at l´Hemisfèric

For the second year running, l´Hemisfèric at the City of Arts and Sciences is organising “Nocturnes”, planetarium sessions narrated by an astronomer that allows the public to enjoy stargazing and music on summer nights.

Visitors can delights in these live planetarium sessions that impart greater knowledge of the summer sky. As always in the planetarium events, music will play a starring role, accompanying the audience with its illustration of the sky.
All “Nocturnes” sessions are one hour long and will be held at the film theatre of l´Hemisfèric using the Zeiss VIII star projector, able to project up to 9,100 stars with extreme precision and to simulate any astronomical phenomenon with stunning exactitude, giving the night sky the starring role.
This year, l´Hemisfèric is also offering the chance to learn how to explore the sky with binoculars and the help of the astronomers of l´Hemisfèric, always under the giant 900 m2 screen of the planetarium. 
Sessions will start at 22.30 on the 20th and 27th of July and on the 3rd and 10th of August. Entry costs 4 Euros and tickets can be bought in the usual points of sale or by calling 902 100 031.
