CONTRACTING OF C.A.C.,S.A.

• The contracting of C.A.C.,S.A. is subject to Law 30/2007 of 30th October on Contracts in the Public Sector (Ley de Contratos del Sector Público, LCSP)

  For contracting subject to harmonised regulation C.A.C.,S.A. will apply the appropriate precepts of the LCSP.

  For contracting that is not subject to harmonised regulation C.A.C.,S.A. will be governed by the instructions that approved by the Executive Commission of CAC in compliance with the regulations applicable.
