Restaurants

• Océanos restaurant (1)

  This is the ideal place to savour a wide range of meats and Mediterranean products either inside or on its extensive wooden terrace.

• Submarino restaurant (2)

  

  It is one of the most avant-garde restaurants in Valencia and is located within the most significant building of the Oceanográfico. Its cuisine is noted for its creativity and its excellent quality. This is a unique place to sample surprising dishes surrounded by 10,000 fish.

• La Lonja self-service restaurant(3)

  This restaurant can hold 750 people and is an ideal place for the whole family to enjoy a pleasant meal. Don't forget to consult the varied offer of special menus for groups; take advantage of the convenience and stay inside the park.

• Pizzería and Mediterranean ice-cream parlour (4)

  Its terrace is next to the impressive aviary and allows you to enjoy a spectacular view of the wetlands while sampling a delicious ice-cream or iced drink. It also sells pizzas, sandwiches, and home-made waffles so you can get your strength back at any time.

• Rompehielos ice-cream parlour

  The best place to have a soft drink, an ice-cream, or a snack during your visit to the park.

• Burguer bar (5)

  It is located below the terraces of the dolphinarium and gives you the chance to savour a delicious hamburger either before or after enjoying the dolphin show.

Shops

• In the Oceanográfico, there are five shops where you will be able to pick the souvenir of the park and its animals that you like the most. In the access building, you will find the Oceanográfico Shop, the Marine Corner and Aqua Coffee Shop.

• Oceanográfico shop(1)

  

  The Oceanográfico Shop is the park's main shop and is located in the access building.

  
  

  The shop offers a wide range of products, with more than 1,000 items available in four different areas: plush dolls and toys, decorations, textile and stationary.

• The Marine Corner (2)

  

  The Marine Corner is also located in the access building. This is the perfect spot to get provisions and choose from a large assortment of snacks, refreshments, water and delicious sweets.

• The Dolphin's Back Shop (4)

  

  Like the name suggests, this shop is located in the Dolphin Amphitheatre and offers more than 500 different products representing the star of this facility: the dolphin.

• The Artic Bazaar (5)

  

  The bazaar is located in the crossway between the artic and Antarctica. Before our eyes, it turns into a magical and welcoming place full of gift items of animals like walruses, penguins and Beluga whales which are commonly found in these cold places.

• Mobile shop

  

  You will find the Mobile Shop in the park's access plaza. Here, you can pick up samples of the most attractive and best-selling items in the collection.

• Oceanográfico Gifts and Photos

  

  This shop is located on the road leading out of the park. Here, you will be able to get the best souvenirs of your visit. This shop offers photographic products and services. Similarly, you will find a wide variety of appealing gifts.

• Ticket offices

  Tickets can be purchased at the various ticket booths in the plaza at the park's entrance.

• Cloakroom

  For a more comfortable visit, leave your things in the attended cloakroom. This service is situated on the lower ground floor of the access building.

• Information points

  For all information regarding timetables, visitor routes and activities go to the information centre on the lower ground floor of the access building.

• Medical assistance

  The Oceanográfico's first-aid facilities can be found next to the dolphinarium.

• Cash machines

  Cash machines can be found on the lower ground floor of the access building.

• Telephones

  These are situated in the access building.

• Toilets

  Toilets are marked and can be found throughout the park.

• Parking

  The Oceanográfico has it's own 863-space car park, allowing visitors easy access.
