Shops

The Museum has three merchandising points situated in the Calle Menor (Side Street).
At the Souvenir Shop, the visitor can purchase educational material linked to the contents of the exhibitions, gifts or souvenirs of their visit. All the souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones.

At the Bookshop, the visitor can also purchase publications produced by the City of Arts and Sciences.

Restaurants

The Museum has a cafeteria in the Calle Menor (Side Street) that stays open until the Museum closes. Menu from Monday until Friday (except holydays and high season): 10 €.

The Museum has a Free-Flow Restaurant open from 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on weekends, holydays and high season with views to the River Turia gardens. The restaurant can hold up to 112 diners. For reservations call the telephone number 961.974.429

The Canteen, located in the Umbracle, is designed for school groups who bring their own food. It holds up to 90 children. This service can be booked free of charge throughout the day for periods of 45 minutes starting on the stroke of each hour. Picnic bags available for schoolchildren. At weekends and during festivals, this area becomes a picnic area for the general public.

Ticket Offices
The Museum has various admission ticket offices for the different buildings of the City of Arts and Sciences, where information and advice on ticket purchases can also be obtained.

Cloakroom
At our information points, the visitor can request the cloakroom service in order to guard their personal belongings so as to be able to enjoy their visit to the Museum better.

Information points
The visitor can personally receive information on the Museum and the City of Arts and Sciences and/or obtain leaflets on the different buildings (opening times, charges, programmes, activities,...).

Picking up bookings
At the Museum's Bookings counter, the visitor can directly pick up their previously booked admissions and receive all the information they require on their purchase.

Wheelchair lending service
The Museum provides a wheelchair lending service for those individuals with restricted mobility and who request their use from our staff.

Medical service
The Museum has a medical service always available for those visitors who need it during opening hours.

Cash dispensers
The Museum has a cash dispenser service (Network 4B - Banco Santander).

Telephones
Public telephones can be operated by either coins or a phone card.

Toilets
The toilets include nappy changing facilities and also cater for people with reduced mobility.

Lifts
Exclusive service for people with reduced mobility. If you wish to make use of this service, just ask our staff.
