RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES FOR THE VISITS OF GROUPS

To make your visit easier to organise, please read this leaflet carefully:

MUSEUM OF SCIENCES "PRÍNCIPE FELIPE"

1. Consult the general rules of the City of the Arts and the Sciences and the rules of the Museum before your visit.
2. Consult the rules for additional offers. Book in advance.
- "L'Espai dels Xiquets": an exhibition for children aged 4 to 7. A list indicating the date of the visit, names and ages of the children must be faxed to 96 197 44 78.
- Science on the Stage: a recommended activity for children over 8 years old.
3. Check the meeting point for your group is the Museum. Arriving in advance is recommended.
4. A free cloakroom service is available. Ask at the information point.
5. Lunch reservations: Contact a week in advanced by phoning 96 197 44 29 or sending a fax to 96 197 44 79.
6. Guided tour through the Museum: Book in advance or buy directly from the ticket offices (subject to availability). The maximum number per guide is 35 people; the visit lasts 1h30 minutes.
7. Sightseeing walking tour to the City of Arts and Sciences: Book in advance or buy directly from the ticket offices (subject to availability). The maximum number per guide is 30 people; the visit lasts 1h30 minutes. Consult the timetables.

HEMISFÈRIC

1. Consult the general rules of the City of the Arts and the Sciences and the rules of the Hemisfèric, before your visit.
2. Check the meeting point for your group is the Hemisfèric. Arriving in advance is recommended.
3. We recommend you to arrive 20 minutes in advance.
4. Not recommended for pregnant women, children under four, people with pacers or suffering from vertigo, ear or heart problems.
5. The hall has a limited capacity. Please inform us in advance of the number of people with reduced mobility so that the duly conditioned spaces can be reserved.
6. If necessary headphones will be collected in the anteroom before going inside. The headphones will be returned at the hall exit.
7. For technical reasons the temperature of the hall will be between 19 and 21 degrees centigrade.
8. If during the showing you need to leave the hall, please use the doors in the upper part of the same. Contact the hall personnel in the event of any difficulty.
9. If during the showing you should feel uncomfortable, we recommend your closing your eyes. Any feeling of giddiness will disappear immediately.

OCEANOGRÀFIC

1. Consult the general rules of the City of the Arts and the Sciences and the rules of the Oceanogràfic, before your visit.
2. Check the meeting point for your group is the Oceanogràfic. Arriving in advance is recommended.
3. A left-luggage service is available. Ask at the information point.
4. Lunch reservations: Contact the commercial department of the Oceanogràfic by phoning 96 197 55 00 or sending a fax to 96 197 55 10.
5. Guided tour through the Oceanogràfic: Book in advance or buy directly from the ticket offices (subject to availability). The meeting point with the guide is on the upper floor of the Access building. The maximum number per guide is 30 people; the visit lasts 1h30 minutes.
